Pricing & Payment:

  • All prices are inclusive of GST. Goods will be released once full payment has been received.

Delivery & Timing:

  • Delivery will be made on the requested date specified in the notes section of the order. The customer confirms that they have reviewed all product specifications and received advice from a practicing engineer regarding the product’s suitability.

Storage & Handling:

  • Customers are responsible for storing goods in a clean, dry environment. Goods must not be left in direct contact with the ground.

Returns:

  • Returns are strictly not permissible under any circumstances.

Delivery Details:

  • Sydney Slip Joints has partnered with courier providers to deliver goods to the designated destination point.
  • The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Sydney Metro deliveries is within 4 hours from pickup, with an order tracking link sent via email once packed.
  • Expedited delivery SLA is within 3 hours from pickup; additional charges apply.
  • Same-day delivery in the Sydney Metro is available for orders placed before 10 am Monday to Friday. Orders after this time will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
  • Urgent orders can be picked up from our Guildford address; the pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
  • For outer Sydney Metro or interstate orders, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for a personalised quote.
  • Goods are shipped in bulk bags, on pallets, or in customised crates.

Unloading & Site Conditions:

  • If you select hand-unloading, it is your responsibility to unload at the destination without driver assistance.
  • For truck-mounted crane assistance, please get in touch with us for a custom quote.
  • Customers must unload all packaging and dispose of it safely.
  • If the courier cannot unload due to site access issues or the site being closed, a re-delivery fee will be charged prior to the next attempt.

Liability & Loss:

  • In cases of delayed or non-delivery where we are at fault, we are not liable for any of the following losses:
    • (a) Financial or economic losses, including profit loss, revenue loss, loss of use, or business opportunity.
    • (b) Additional costs such as financing, capital, or operating expenses.
    • (c) Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
    • (d) Losses arising from liabilities to third parties.
